Peace is in our hands

We live in a world that desires peace yet appears to have gone made with violence and war.

Everywhere we look from the world leaders, to the play ground bully violence, threats of violence and personal bias is everywhere.

Worst of all many people have become hopeless in the tidal wave of violence.

Peace is not something that others can create for us.

Peace begins within us and then flows outward into the world.

In the presence of love and compassion, bias and violence has no place.

Be mindful of your inner thoughts, be empowered to change the world by changing yourself and how you interact with those around.
