A Country Drive

On a Sunny Winter Saturday

Today was one of few sunny Saturdays this winter.  Wanting to be out in it we decided to pick up Great Grandma and Great John and we headed to Meaford Ontario CA.

We often drive by the Rusty Star Solid Wood Mennonite Furniture & Country Home Décor on our way to Barrie Ontario to visit our son yet we have never stopped.  Thus it was that today was day.

The John Deer chair was a hit with Great John and Paul.

I found the Mennonite Buggy Bird House to be one of the many unique gifts.

The show room was full of exceptional wooden furniture well worth the trip.

When we left the Rusty Star parking lot we turned left on the #4 and within a few kilometers we drove past large inuksuit sculptures on the right.

Great John was turning in this seat to get pictures of these mammoth sculptures.

There was also the outstanding scenery.
