Sunday morning dawned cold and as we prepared to go to church I started to feel unwell, so we stayed home and this was my view for the better part of the day.
The temperature did not get above 39 F all day and we stayed warm and snug in our trailer. There are benefits to living small, you have a safe, warm and comfortable 'nest'.
We took a brief walk to the beach and stayed there just long enough to take this picture - so cold.
Monday January 21, 2019 we woke to another cold morning and a day that while sunny would not warm up.
So we got in the car and went in search of thrift stores in North Myrtle Beach
And once again we took a short walk to the beach took this picture and got off the beach just as fast.
