Parenting is not about being right.
It is not about having the right answers.
It is not about being obeyed.
Parenting is about guiding the young lives we have taken
responsibility for.
Guiding them to
participate in the success of the communities they belong to.
Parenting is about providing your children with what they need
to feel safe, loved and encouraged to become themselves.
Parent gently.
Parent by giving your time to your children.
Parent humbly.
Parent knowing that your children will be different than you
and this is a good thing.
