In a surprising moment of clarity, we knew that we were exactly where we were supposed to be.
Walking on this beach, at this time with each other.
As this awareness settled over us we began to recognize and appreciate the role that this beach has held in our personal lives and our marriage.
It is a place where we take time to become physically, emotionally and spiritual healthy.
It always welcomes us and presents new challenges as the beach changes and we age.
It is a respite from our lives back in Ontario CA.
It is a place where family has gathered and created memories with us.
Some days we must push ourselves to get out on the beach to walk and not today, today we came to understand this beach in a new way and gave thanks to the Creator for it.
After our time on the beach the simple necessities of life required our attention, grocery shopping, and laundry.
This is the second week that while Paul does
the laundry, I have been quilting in the recreational room next door to the
laundry room.
