Sitting is described as the new danger to our health and today I can believe that. Sitting in small rooms with no opportunity to walk around is soul crushing.
Government waiting room or break out rooms were never meant to spend to spend a day in. No pictures, no reading material, no window!
This is one part of my job I will not miss when I retire.
