Wow today was busy, rushing from one activity to the next and being mindful that we needed to make time to stop and recharge. Setting aside time at lunch to walk the river path where we stopped to acknowledge the place we were standing in. The path was lined with Jewel Weed and within the beautiful orange flower we watched the busy activity of this pollinator.
We are all busy and never too busy to stop and find joy and wonder in the world around us.
