Why can’t you be like everyone else!  Sit down and be quiet! 

The mother was clearly frustrated and embarrassed by her son’s antics as she ushers him out of the restaurant for blowing bubbles in his chocolate milk.  

They were amazing bubbles that spilled out over his glass and on to the table.

Do we really want our (grand)children to be like everyone else?

Average children who do not question the status quo?

Children who aspire to be followers?

Children afraid to standout, who no longer dream?

Be mindful of the messages your (grand)children receive that say average is the way to be.

Create opportunity for them to practice standing out, being different because

There is no one alive who is you-er than you!

Blow chocolate milk bubbles with them and laugh!
