Knitting Temperatures

January 2015

It has been a cold January with only one day getting above 0 degrees Celsius on the flip side the cold air has meant less snow and lower snow banks.  I will take the cold temperatures!

As You Like It, Act II, Scene VII William Shakespeare 1564-1616 Blow, blow, thou winter wind,  Thou art not so unkind
As man’s ingratitude;  Thy tooth is not so keen,
Because thou art not seen, Although thy breath be rude.
Heigh-ho! sing, heigh-ho! unto the green holly:
Most friendship is feigning, most loving mere folly:
Then, heigh-ho, the holly! This life is most jolly.
Freeze, freeze, thou bitter sky,  That does not bite so nigh
As benefits forgot:  Though thou the waters warp,  Thy sting is not so sharp
 As friend remembered not.
Heigh-ho! sing . . .

Knitting the temperature is the brain child of  Leafcutter Designs and is a year long conceptual knitting project.   Join me and knit the temperature in your area of the world I would like to compare projects
