Christmas Macaroons with carrots |
Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cups shredded coconut
- 1 cup grated carrots
- ¼ cups maple syrup
- ½ cup tapioca flour
- ¼ tsp. vanilla
Directions:
- Mix all of the ingredients together.
- Using two spoons drop small mounds of the batter onto a greased cookie sheet
- Bake at 350 °F for between 20 and 30 minutes.
