Vegan Pumpkin Chili

Ingredients:
- 2 onions chopped
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 2 Tablespoons chili powder
- 2 teaspoons cumin
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon tumeric
- 4 cups cubed raw pumpkin
- 1 cup diced mushrooms
- 30 oz. vegetable broth (homemade or store bought)
- 18 oz. can of Chick Peas
- 18 oz. can of Black Beans
- 18 oz. can of Baked Beans
- 5.5 oz. can tomatoe paste
- 28 oz. diced tomatoes
Directions:
- Sauté onions and garlic
- Mix all ingredients in a large pot
- Heat all ingredient to a the boiling point and reduce to a simmer
- Reduce until chili is the desired consistency
